paths

"I saw also that there was an ocean
of darkness and death;
but an infinite ocean of light and love,
which flowed over the ocean of darkness.
In that also I saw the infinite love of God,
and I had great openings."

~ George Fox, The Journal of George Fox

A prayer written by Brother Roger of Taizé:

"Jesus our peace, you never abandon us.
And the Holy Spirit always opens a way forward,
the way which consists in casting ourselves into God as into the depths.
And astonishment arises:
these depths are not an abyss of darkness;
they are God-fathomless depths
of compassion and innocence."

Great post, great pictures! I like that your path to work leads to the Sacraments, and an opening is inspired by the Holy Spirit. Those are some wonderful thought to ponder!

Possibly off topic here, but I notice that sky-blue paper often appears in your posts. Is this a particular brand of paper? It suits your style.

Thanks Strikethru!

I type on a lot of Vergé de France paper. It's nice and thin for typing on.
Most stationery is too thick for typewriters (since most manufacturers assume all loose paper is for laser-printing).

a path like hints of a direction of where to go next? I think we see what we want to see, though I can never say I know the way even when I've been there before

great pics!
